The property is approximately 3 miles east Hwy 501 and Timberlake, NC. The area is mostly rural with the adjacent lands predominately in forest.Residences are interspersed in the area.A small residential subdivision adjoins the tract to the south. The tract is accessed by parking along Moore's Mill Road. The property is entirely wooded, except for 2.6 open acres in power line easements. The forest consists of two primary timber types; mixed hardwood area (70%) and mixed pine (30%). Acting as agent for Winnie S. Cheney Revocable Trust, Emily S. Blackburn and Byrd S. Young (LESSOR), we solicit bids on a one (1) year hunting  lease on approx. 200.39± acres along Tom Oakley Rd. (SR 1128) and Satterfield Rd. (SR 1134), Flat River Township, Person County, North Carolina. 

The property is located  approximately 3 miles west of Hwy 501 and Timberlake, NC. The property adjoins the Person County Airport. The creation of the airport divided the tract into several parcels. Each parcel has public road frontage.  The area is mostly rural with the  adjacent lands predominately in forest. Residences and farmland are interspersed within the vicinity.  A small subdivision adjoins the tract on the west.  38 acres (19%) of the property is under annual cultivation.  The remainder of the property is forested.
