Monroe Timberland Consultants performs tree evaluations to assist land developers in establishing the locations of Tree Conservation Areas (TCAs), in accordance with the TC-7-04 Tree Conservation Ordinance for the City of Raleigh.  This information is necessary in order to prepare a Tree Protection Plan. A plan must be approved by the City Forestry Specialist in the Inspections Department in order to acquire a Tree Conservation Permit.
