TIMBER SALE – 25.5 acres, off Old Hwy 421 & Vinyard Ridge Road, Matthews Township, Chatham County, NC
Acting as agent for Christina L. Fisher and Jacklin A. Adams, we solicit bids on the following timber:
• All Merchantable Timber – 16.8± acres (clear-cut area). Sale area designated with Pink-glo flagging along all boundary lines.
• All Un-Marked Timber – 5.6± acres (leave-tree area). Twenty-two (22) hardwood “leave trees” (20”+ dbh) double-banded with pink flagging, imprinted “DO NOT CUT”, and butt-marked with orange paint. Area designated by blue flagging.
• All Marked Timber – 3.1± acres (select-cut Streamside Management Zone area). Cut only trees banded with BLUE paint. SMZ designated with Orange-glo flagging imprinted “Streamside Management Zone”.
