PULPWOOD / CHIP-N-SAW THINNING – 26.9 acres, Pollocksville Township, Jones Co., NC
Acting as Agent for John H. Clayton (Seller), we solicit bids on a per-unit sale, pulpwood & chip-n-saw thinning on approximately 26.9 acres, located in Jones Co., NC. The timber to be thinned is loblolly pine, 30± years old, recorded in Deed Book 146 Page 52. In your bid, indicate prices for the following products:
1. Pine pulpwood, per ton
2. Pine chip-n-saw, per ton
3. Pine sawtimber, per ton
4. other (optional), per ton
*This is the same timber (Block B) that was advertised for sale July 31, 2007. Buyer who was awarded thinning contract never cut the timber and contract has expired.
