PULPWOOD & CHIP-N-SAW, 2nd THINNING – 27.34 acres, O’Neal’s Township, Johnston Co., NC
Acting as Agent for Vivian R. Creech (Seller), we solicit bids on a per-unit 2nd thinning on approximately 27.3 acres, located in Johnston Co., NC. The timber to be thinned is loblolly pine, 25 years old recorded in Deed Book 731 Page 25, PIN# 2703-57-2300. In your bid, indicate prices for the following products:
1. Pine pulpwood, per ton
2. Pine chip-n-saw, per ton
3. Hardwood pulpwood, per ton
4. Other (optional), per ton
Conditions of the Sale:
• The Buyer shall have until December 31, 2010 to cut and remove the timber.
• Agent has marked trees to be cut with BLUE paint. Buyer to harvest only BLUE BANDED trees.
